In addition, the slip ring may also cause gas accumulation during use. These gases may come from volatiles on the friction surface, gases produced by evaporation of the lubricant, or other external pollutants. If the conductive slip ring does not have a ventilation design, the accumulated gas will cause the slip ring seal to fail when the internal pressure increases, thus affecting its performance and life.
